DAHAB, EGYPT SUMMER 2022
Dahab is a small Egyptian town on the southeast coast of the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt, approximately 80 km northeast of Sharm el-Sheikh.
Just north of Dahab lies one of the most famous freediving locations in the world, the Blue Hole. The Blue Hole is submarine sinkhole around 100m deep, protected on all sides from the currents of the ocean.
In this 'Mecca of Freediving' Donny will be teaching his unique freediving courses and workshops in July 2022.
In association with the world famous freediving education centre Dahab Freedivers, he offers freediving courses from beginner to master level.

FREEDIVING LEVEL ONE (WAVE 1)
Donny’s Level One beginner’s freediving course (Molchanovs Wave 1 Certification) will teach you everything you need to know to be a safe and confident freediver, diving up to 20 metres deep on a single breath!
Freediving has many dimensions. We freedive for health and fitness, physical and mental evolution, for fun and recreation, to hunt and catch food, to take underwater pictures and even to compete competitively as athletes.
4 DAYS - JULY 14 - 17
FREEDIVING LEVEL TWO (WAVE 2)
In the second level of freediving education (includes Molchanovs Wave Two Certification) we begin to experience what it truly means to dive ‘deep’.
We improve our ability to relax before our dives and practice advanced stretching and flexibility techniques.
In the water we begin diving with ‘freefall’, allowing the water to take us down into a new adventure, travelling to a new place in the ocean and also a new place within oursleves.
5 DAYS - JULY 19 - 23
MASTERS COURSE (includes WAVE 3)
The Masters Course (includes Molchanovs Wave 3 Certification) is the ultimate experience for the freediver who has fallen in love with the sport and wishes to dive into the world of freediving as an athlete or an instructor.
You will dive between 30 and 40 metres beneath the surface of the ocean and become a Master Freediver.
On this course we spend a full 7 – 10 days learning advanced equalisation, yoga and meditation, advanced stretching and equalisation, strength and conditioning training for freediving and how to manage and maintain the freediving equipment.
The Master’s Program is an intensive experience best suited to the diver who wishes to unlock their deepest potential, both pysically and mentally.

Note: If you wish to attend the Level Two or Masters Course and you're coming from a different organisation than Molchanovs you will need to complete the crossover assessment which will take 1 - 2 days. To arrange the assessment (theoretical component can be done online), contact Donny.

FREEDIVING LIFESTYLE TOOLBOX WORKSHOP
Donny strong believes that in order to become deeper divers in the safest and most satisfying way possible, we should first remove the obstacles to progress, rather than trying to add more advanced training techniques.
The main obstacles to becoming a deeper diver tend to be poor physical conditioning, digestive issues, lack of basic mobility and poor posture, poor dietary choices, lack of adequate sleep, recovery and rest, lack of control of the muscles of respiration, an inability to relax fully and an unsettled mind.
The Freediving Lifestyle Toolbox Workshop introduces a number of daily and weekly practices that address these issues with some specificity for the aspiring deep freediver.
