ABOUT THE LEVEL 3 COURSE

 

The Level Three Course is the ultimate experience for the freediver who has fallen in love with the deep freediving and wishes to dive into the world of freediving as an athlete or a freediving instructor.

You will dive between 30 and 40 metres beneath the surface of the ocean and become a ‘master’ freediver.

This course contains the Molchanovs Wave 3 course content, plus additional workshops in compresibility training, yoga and meditation.

I believe the standard time frame of 3 – 5 days to complete these advanced courses is way too short, and leads to injury and frustration. On this course we spend 2 weeks learning advanced equalisation, mobility & stretching, yoga asanas and meditation, the skills of an assistant instructor and how to manage and maintain the freediving equipment.

The Level Three course is an intensive experience best suited to the diver who wishes to unlock their deepest potential, both physically and mentally.

Molchanovs Wave 3

The Molchanovs Wave 3 certification is the world’s
most highly regarded
master level freediving certification!

It is possible to only do the Wave 3 content, without the extra workshops. The duration will be 10 days, and cost 700 EURO.
