My coaching is aimed at beginner to intermediate level athletes who wish to take it to the next level. We will focus mainly on lifestyle changes and fundamental training for freediving such as thoracic cage flexibility, strength, mobility and physical conditioning, and gradual increase in apnea volume depending on your goals.
I have coached many freediving athletes to national records and new PBs and look forward to helping you do the same!
